Content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Sandesh Solutions FZE unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work produced for a client transfers as set out in that client's agreement, normally on full payment.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate content, approvals and access in good time, and for holding the rights to any material they provide to us.

6. Liability

We work to a professional standard but do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

7. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
